Taxi Romania - for Modern Taxi Companies

The Taxi Romania application is available to the clients of the taxi operators "Taxi Valentin" in Pitesti and "Pro Rapid Taxi" in Cluj-Napoca.

The application is a part of an integrated system, designed and developed in a unitary conception, a system that allows the management, supervision and optimization of the dispatch activity.

Customers benefit from the following functions:

• Telephone call to the dispatcher's phone numbers;

• the speed order using the exact location (GPS) or approximate (network/wifi) of the device used;

• manual order by entering the data regarding the address and the details/landmark of the client;

• adding options to order (luggage, smoker, A/C, animal);

• Managing the history of its own orders;

• the speed order from a top of the addresses from which the client has made previous orders;

• real -time visualization of the disposition on the map of taxi cars, free or occupied;

• automatic tracking of the taxi car that took over the order and visualization of the driver's profile by the client;

• setting as favorites or unwanted of the taxi drivers or cars with which the client has traveled;

• Feedback and rating granted by the client for the driver and the car with which he traveled;

• Viewing the points of interest around the client's location (POIs taken from Google servers);

• the process of taking over the clients is optimized in order to minimize their waiting time;

• Estimated calculation The race between two locations on the map, chosen by the user;

• Estimated route display between two locations;

• Choosing another location of taking over to the short order if the GPS location cannot be determined;

• sending and receiving messages through a Messenger type function that uses the data connection;

• access to informative messages posted by the taxi company;

• adding suggestions and complaints related to the services offered in dedicated discussion groups;

• creating groups of public discussions (initially) or private by adding/deleting agreed users;

• private conversations with other users or taxi drivers;

• the right to delete the discussion groups by their initiators;

• the right to delete the messages written by their shipments;

• hiding your own order (from the history of the orders made);

• Hiding the address associated with a hidden command;

• activating panic button by pressing very long on the map (about 3 seconds without my finger on the screen) and automatic closing of the screen (after activating the lock function from the application settings) after activating the emergency state;

• own system of POIs (points of interest) with extensive set of icons;

• Acoustic warning when losing the connection with the server;

• Automatic connection, when starting the application, to the nearest dispatcher according to the GPS location of the device.
