NOTICE: Currently rulings search is not operating correctly for changes not dependent by me. I will try to restore the functionality as soon as i can but for now if you want to download the app only for the ruling part i suggest you to go back here at the end of December 2018 to be sure the problem is fixed. The calculator part of the app is working fine.
