New System Requirements for the Billing App - Available from Android version 5.0

With this invoice app, customers of Hallesche health insurance can submit their medical bills, recipes, regulations and transfers mobile. Smartphones are supported from the Android version 5.0, and a camera with min. 8 megapixels is required for the photo function. The display on tablets with Android operating systems is currently not supported. The submission of the original documents is no longer necessary. Address and bank data changes can also be encrypted in the app.

All medicinal bills on which the two barcodes "EA" and "EP" are printed can be submitted via the barcode function of the invoice app. This is the case with many invoices from the private medical accounting agency (PVS). With the photo function there is also the possibility to submit all documents-even without barcodes-directly from the Hallesche via the app.

-register once* and let the Hallesche unlock.

-Barcode on the invoice with the barcode reader integrated in the app or photograph documents with the photo function and send them to the Hallesche.

-A confirmation of receipt takes place directly to the app by the Hallesche.

* Registration information:

The following data of the policyholder must be entered when registering: first and last name, insurance number and date of birth.

You can find the insurance number required for registration, for example, on your insurance card in the following format: 07/63/1.234567.8 When registering in the app in the "Insurance number" field, please only enter the eight jobs without points - in the example 12345678

The current date of the day is set in the "Date of birth" field. Change this to the policyholder's date of birth.

Data security:

The invoice information stored on the barcodes is encrypted and are accessed directly from the clearing points via a secure connection. The documents submitted via the photo function are also encrypted. The following data transmission to the Hallesche then takes place via the standard data encryption of your end device. There must be an internet connection for this use. The costs are based on the tariffs of your network provider.
