Move to the year 2079 when powers of the Earth fight each other. World is now divided to nameless powers and remote planet in the system Alpha Centauri. In this turn based strategy you will be able to directly control unit on the earth, in the water or air. Every single units including those belonging to opposite fractions gains experience and becomes stronger during the missions.

Your main force will consist of core units, which will be present in all missions.
