ONETRAK is your personal navigator of a healthy lifestyle. The application works with ONETRAK gadgets and helps to track physical activity, sleep, pulse, weight, water consumption, keep a diet, training and blood pressure.

GOALS. Install the global goal of “lose weight, gain mass or maintain weight” and daily goals by the number of steps, water drunk, sleep time, distance and follow the course of their implementation.

Calorius counter. The application will tell you how many calories you burned in a dream, alone, in motion, during training; How many calories to use to fulfill the target, what should be the ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the diet.

Power diary. The built -in catalog with information about 16 million Russian products and home -made dishes, popular cafes and restaurants, supermarkets will help control power. You can look for products using a search by name, built-in scanner of barcodes or categories.

Sleep phases and smart alarm clock. In the application, you can see the phases of sleep and install a smart alarm clock, ordinary alarm clocks, reminders of “eat, drink water, rush”, notification of calls and messages (if there is an appropriate model of a fitness bracelet).
