FitMe is an educational and entertaining application to improve knowledge on prevention, health and healthy lifestyles in a fun way and with the recommendations of doctors and experts in the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan.

How does it work? Through an animated character, that will give you tips and advice, you can tell who you are and how you live, so that he can assess your energy needs and the recommended amount of nutrients, and to assess whether the calories consumed by the power supply are in balance with those consumed during the various things you do every day.

Improve your knowledge with the advices and teachings that you find in the lessons relating to food, nutrition and physical activity, and put them into practice in daily life, to improve your behavior towards healthier lifestyles.

In addition, with the knowledge gained on correct eating habits, you will be able to answer questions from our quiz: with your earned points you can unlock badges and new gadgets for your avatar.
