With the Alphabet Driver App you as a customer of Alphabet Always have real-time access to your contract information and you will receive an answer to all your questions about your contract. To be able to use the Alphabet Driver app you need a Fleet Agent User ID. In the login screen, enter this user ID and password once to be able to use all functions of the app.

The Alphabet Driver App has the following parts:

- My lease: contract information about your lease car

- Dashboard: the most important details from your Fleet Agent Dashboard

- Damage / maintenance / fines: "What to do with ..." & frequently asked questions

- Contact: How can I reach Alphabet

- Search on map: car companies, return addresses, Alpharent & Alphabet branches, charging points for EV.

The Alphabet Driver App provides information based on your own lease car. Where is the nearest dealer of your car brand, which specific agreements have been made etc.

In addition, we would like to hear from you how we can make the app better, which new function should be included in the next version of the Driver App. Choose one of the topics in "think along" or mail us your idea.
