Eating with pleasure, getting full and down with the kilos-that is the motto of the AOK program "Losing weight with pleasure". It takes up to a year and is tailored to each participant. In addition, a team of experts advises on all questions about movement and nutrition. This app is the perfect companion in everyday life. The participants get important information in the supermarket, cooking or in the restaurant. Examples:

"Dayplate": The function indicates how much fat and carbohydrates a participant has already eaten and the amount he can still consume during the day. The data is regularly synchronized with the program.

"Recipe database": Numerous delicious recipes that fit the program can be called up in this exclusive database.

"Preferred counter": The function motivates more movement - relaxed and with fun.

In addition, the participants are interviewed via app about important data such as body weight, abdominal circumference and movement workload as well as their current motivation. This determines the course of the program and many recommendations.
