UMC Events - Attendance & Attendance Conference Workshop at University Hospital of Medicine

The UMC Events of HCMC University of Medicine is designed to help participants or who intend to participate in the UMC Conference, with the organizers and with the speakers.

For those who plan to participate: After registering for the UMC Events account, users can view the upcoming UMC Conference programs, including Detailed information about the time, place, content specific to each session as well as the presenter. Users can subscribe directly to the App, or they can also schedule calendars into their own calendar (for example, reminders 1 day before the conference to not miss, or reminders 5 minutes before to a presentation by a speaker).

Participants: Those who already have an account on the App, have registered for the conference (by App or directly at UMC) and have Check-in at the conference. Then, users can access conference materials, seminars, interact with speakers and organizers right on the App itself and can evaluate conferences and seminars right on the App. Of course, other participant benefits will be guaranteed, including CME credits if available. The UMC Events App also has a function to help you see how many times a user has participated in a number of conferences, seminars, and the total amount of CME. And many other functions ...

With the speaker: Speakers can transfer the material to the participants through the App, can add their own scientific resume, can interact with conference participants (for example, answer the questions of participants).

With the organizers: Feedback from the participants on the App through the evaluation of conferences, seminars help the Organizing Committee to improve on the organization and improve the quality of the presentation.
